The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in patient analytics and claims data analysis, with advanced expertise in Tableau for creating high-impact dashboards and visualizations. The candidate should also have experience leading teams and managing client engagements, with exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end consulting projects focused on patient analytics, including scoping, planning, and delivery.">
  • Analyze claims data to provide strategic insights, such as patient journey mapping, adherence trends, and segmentation.">
  • Oversee the development of Tableau dashboards and other visual tools to support client decision-making.">
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.">
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.">

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative or business-related field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, or Healthcare Management).">
  • 6+ years of experience in US Pharma consulting, with a strong focus on patient analytics and claims data.">
  • Advanced expertise in Tableau for creating high-impact dashboards and visualizations.">
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing client engagements.">
  • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.">
  • Good to Have: Experience with Dataiku for advanced analytics and machine learning applications.">
