Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the reliable operation of our plant utilities, mechanical and electrical systems, and equipment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and upkeep critical utilities, including boilers, chillers, DG sets, and water purification systems, ensuring energy efficiency, minimal downtime, and continuous operation of the plant without energy loss.
  • Lead the installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment and systems, guaranteeing seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Supervise HT/LT electrical systems, including transformers, switchgears, panels, cabling, and substations, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
  • Oversee mechanical utilities and process equipment, such as HVAC systems, purified water systems, and other critical utilities, maintaining peak performance and reliability.

Key Qualifications:

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve underlying issues in equipment failures and system inefficiencies.
  • CMMS Proficiency: Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems for tracking, planning, and optimizing maintenance activities.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Accuracy in maintaining technical documentation, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance records.
  • Energy Management Awareness: Understanding of energy-efficient practices and optimization of utility consumption.
