Marketing Strategy Manager

We are seeking a seasoned marketing strategy manager to develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving pipeline growth, managing complex campaigns, and leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and execute a multi-channel demand generation strategy aligned with business objectives.
    • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Campaign Execution:
    • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including creative development, messaging, and testing.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and optimal results.
  • Funnel Optimization:
    • Design and implement A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to drive continuous improvement.
    • Analyze funnel performance using data analytics tools and identify areas for optimization.
  • ABM & ABX Programs:
    • Develop personalized programs for multiple buyer personas within a decision committee.
    • Collaborate with Partners, Sales, and BDRs to plan and execute ABM campaigns.
  • Channel & Ecosystem Marketing:
    • Run co-marketing initiatives with referral/channel partners.
    • Use AI-assisted segmentation and analytics to prioritize investments and optimize ROI.
  • Marketing Operations & Tech Stack:
    • Optimize marketing automation, lead scoring, CDPs, and reporting tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
    • Integrate AI tools for operational efficiency and insight generation.

Requirements:

  • 5-8+ years of B2B SaaS experience in demand generation and growth marketing.
  • Proven expertise with generative AI tools in marketing contexts.
  • Deep familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem and related tools (Pardot, 6sense, ZoomInfo, etc.).
  • Strong command of funnel optimization and multi-channel campaign strategy.
  • Familiarity with ABM/ABX, marketing ops, and pod-based experimentation.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot, 6sense, ZoomInfo, analytics platforms, and content automation.
