We are seeking a seasoned Visual Communications Leader to spearhead the development of creative and engaging designs for our educational content.

About This Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the in-house graphics team to create visually appealing designs that meet our high standards. Your expertise in graphic design software, project management, and quality control will ensure seamless collaboration with other departments and stakeholders.

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to guarantee all graphics adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand graphic needs and deliverables.
  • Review and approve all graphic materials before final production or publication.

You will have the opportunity to drive innovation in the field of graphics by incorporating cutting-edge design trends and AI technologies, creating immersive and engaging visual content tailored to enhance learning experiences.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (12+ years) in graphic design, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles in Edtech industry.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite(Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign,) , Articulate etc).
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and branding.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
  • Proficiency in audio cleaning and enhancement techniques.
