Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the design and execution of pricing and packaging experiments. The ideal candidate will drive business growth through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.

About the Role:

The Senior Growth Manager will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing pricing and packaging experiments across product and marketing touch-points. They will identify optimal price points for new and existing SKUs using structured experimentation and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, execute, and analyze pricing and packaging experiments
  • Determine optimal price points for new and existing SKUs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute pricing strategies
  • Conduct market research and user behavior analysis to inform pricing decisions
  • Optimize the subscription funnel by identifying data-backed improvements
  • Translate research results into actionable business opportunities
  • Monitor performance metrics and refine pricing models for maximum revenue impact

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in pricing, growth, strategy, or analytics roles
  • Tier 1 academic background with a degree in engineering, mathematics, economics, or business
  • Strong understanding of pricing methodologies and packaging strategies
  • Hands-on experience with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, multivariate testing)
  • Bonus: Familiarity with analytics tools such as Amplitude, Looker, or similar platforms
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
