Fashion Designer

This is a dynamic and creative role that requires expertise in textiles, production, and marketing. As a Fashion Designer for this leading fashion brand, you will play a crucial role in developing seasonal collections and overseeing the design and production unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Development: Work closely with the creative director to develop seasonal collections that align with the design ethos.
  • Production & Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations at the production unit, ensuring smooth workflow and timely execution.
  • Sourcing & Vendor Management: Identify and build relationships with suppliers, weavers, and artisans across India.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to curate engaging content showcasing the design process, craftsmanship, and collections.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the fashion industry.
  • Strong understanding of Indian textiles, handloom weaving techniques, and embroidery.
  • Hands-on experience in garment production, pattern-making, and draping.
  • Ability to manage a team and oversee end-to-end production processes.
  • A keen eye for detail, color, and fabric combinations.
  • Proficiency in design software (Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.
