Job Opportunity: Portfolio Guidelines Coding Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to work with our team and partner with the business.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage new account coding, reviews, and revisions including onboarding activities.
  • Review new data analytics and update compliance platforms.
  • Understand and set up rules as per ratings agencies.
  • Identify coding issues.
  • Work on rule coding standardization across supported regions.
  • Perform periodic reviews of account coding to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Set up trading brokers and counterparty limits, exposure as per IMA.
  • Evaluate coding accuracy and communicate in case of any discrepancy.
  • Partner with monitoring teams to reduce false breaches and manually monitor guidelines.
  • Participate in local and global projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6 years of work experience in portfolio guidelines coding/monitoring.
  • Expert-level skills in trade compliance applications such as LZ Sentinel, Charles River, Aladdin (Compliance), SimCorp Dimension, ThinkFolio.
  • Proficiency in EMEA Shift.
