Job Title: Advanced Cloud Solutions Architect

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of innovative cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance and best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Conduct code reviews to enforce adherence to best practices.
  • Mentor and coach developers to strengthen their skills and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Drive T-Shaping and capability growth within the team.
  • Ensure secure and compliant solutions by adopting a Zero Trust mindset.
Additional Responsibilities (Pune Lead Role):
  • Manage project conflicts, challenges, and dynamic business requirements in collaboration with Product Owner and Product Architect.
  • Improve developer velocity by identifying and addressing bottlenecks in the development process.
  • Enhance DevOps processes, including automated code quality checks, testing, CI/CD processes, monitoring, and component libraries.
  • Support and guide a team of internal and external developers working on multiple projects simultaneously.
Core Platform Governance:
  • Develop governance guardrails and processes to ensure a secure and compliant self-service Power Platform environment.
  • Lead governance boards, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to align on governance strategies and decisions.
  • Define and maintain the Governance Plan, ensuring it reflects current best practices and Power Platform Strategy.
  • Identify and improve governance processes to maintain platform security and compliance.
  • Automate governance processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
  • Coordinate updates from Microsoft to ensure the organization remains compliant and leverages new features effectively.
Requirements:
  • Graduate from a reputable institute.
  • Relevant certifications.
Experience:
  • 12-16 years of experience working with Microsoft stack and Power platform development.
