Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to oversee our financial functions, manage cash flow, and ensure timely revenue collection. Your key responsibilities will include preparing and issuing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing data to provide insightful financial reporting, and collaborating with other teams to improve billing processes and cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Manage critical financial functions, including accounts receivable and payable, to ensure smooth operation of the business.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and analyze cash flow to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize it.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.

Requirements & Skills:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in finance or accounting (CA Inter / CWA Inter / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com).
  • 3–5 years of experience in finance/accounts, particularly in financial management.
  • Proficiency in Tally or similar accounting software is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to work independently and collaboratively.
