Job Opportunity:

Release Engineering Manager

 

We are seeking a seasoned Release Engineering Manager to lead our release management, automation, and infrastructure optimization processes. This individual will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines, ensuring reliable deployments, and overseeing the full lifecycle of application releases across multiple environments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain automated release pipelines for bare-metal, Docker, and Kubernetes environments.
  • Monitor release test results, ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
  • Build, package, and upload release builds; create and manage patch releases for customers.
  • Drive cross-team sign-off processes for production releases, ensuring smooth and error-free deployments.
  • Provide ongoing DevOps support, troubleshooting, and process improvements across engineering teams.
  • Implement automated security scans and ensure timely remediation in line with SLA commitments.
  • Monitor and optimize cloud and service costs without impacting performance or scalability.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Application Lifecycle Management, Automation Processes, and SLA Management.
  • Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
  • Proficiency with Linux/Unix environments and solid scripting skills.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools, such as Prometheus and Grafana.
