Job Title: Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Manager to lead our technology programs and product implementations.

Our company specializes in automating and transforming trade finance and banking operations using cutting-edge technologies like AI/ML, Blockchain, and Cloud.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, stakeholder coordination, and delivery excellence within the Banking/FinTech domain.

  • Plan, manage, and deliver end-to-end technical programs and product implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and change requests proactively.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps.
  • Conduct sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives under Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA/PMP certification a plus).
  • 5–7 years of experience in program/project management within product or technology environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering SaaS, enterprise, or banking/fintech platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum frameworks, and DevOps culture.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience with Banking, BFSI, or Trade Finance platforms.
  • Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Exposure to emerging technologies like Blockchain or AI/ML.
