Job Title: Senior Electronic Quality EngineerAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in electronic components and manufacturing processes.Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate electronic parts to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Analyze and resolve issues related to electronic parts.
  • Develop and implement quality standards for new models.
  • Standardize and maintain 20 basic quality systems.
  • Audit and review vendors to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in software such as Altium for design for manufacturability (DFM).
  • Knowledge of best practices for wave soldering, reflow, robotic soldering, manual soldering, and soldering standards.
  • Good process knowledge including PCB handling - fuses, LEDs, TFTs, etc.
  • Ability to prepare process flows for PCB manufacturing.
  • Experience in integrated circuit testing.
  • Knowledge of LabVIEW or equivalent software.
  • Experience in handling quality systems and diagnosing electronic components for EV applications, including battery charging systems, battery management systems, motor control units, motors, charging circuits, microcontrollers, PCBs, and digital instrument clusters.
  • Good understanding of applicable standards and regulations.
  • Process review and upgradation skills.
  • PFMEA experience.
