As a leading expert in financial management, you will oversee the development and implementation of Oracle Fusion Finance solutions that align with our organization's strategic objectives. Your role will involve designing, building, and deploying innovative finance solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.

This position requires deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, as well as a strong understanding of financial principles and best practices. You will lead cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Fusion Financials with other 3rd party applications and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless solution delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing Oracle Financials solutions that meet business needs with focus on industry best practices
  • Leading the enterprise design process along with client business teams
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Fusion Financials with other 3rd party applications
  • Providing functional and technical leadership and guidance to development teams and consultants working on projects
  • Creating and maintaining documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution designs, and configuration guides
  • Staying informed on Oracle updates, industry best practices, and emerging trends in finance and technology
  • Developing optimal solutions to meet client objectives, including identifying key dependencies and proposing high-level solutions & delivery estimates
  • Leading demonstrations during client presentations & orals
  • Engaging in conversations with client CXOs, Senior VPs and Directors across business and IT

Our ideal candidate has:

  • A CA (or equivalent) or Master's degree in Finance
  • 16+ years' experience in Oracle Financials (Fusion + EBS)
  • End-to-end understanding of the RTR, P2P, OTC, Acquire to Retire processes
  • Deep expertise in Oracle ERP modules in Financials plus a working knowledge on Procurement
  • Module Knowledge – GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, Tax
  • Hands-on experience driving functional requirements fitment with Solution/Implementation background
  • Must have carried at least 3 end-to-end implementations on Oracle Fusion Financials
  • Experience in implementing finance shared services
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex business problems
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with executive-level stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and project engagements
  • Agile and ready to go that extra mile when needed
  • Leadership traits with ability to anchor and lead solutions from the front

Additional/Optional Skills:

  • Additional module knowledge in any one or more of the following: Advanced Collections and Credit Management, Expenses, Project Costing/Billing
  • Industry-specific knowledge is preferred
  • Knowledge about deal dynamics is preferred
