About the Project Manager Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to lead platform-related projects and support Business Analyst functions. The ideal candidate should be familiar with technical concepts and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

The role involves project management responsibilities, including coordinating internal project communications, tracking timelines and milestones, and identifying risks and issues.

As a Project Manager, you will assist in capturing high-level requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and facilitate smooth communication between technical and business teams.

  • Lead and manage platform-based projects
  • Support Business Project Managers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in project execution
  • Coordinate internal project communications and ensure alignment among stakeholders
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using standard project management tools
  • Identify risks and issues, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure timely escalation when required
  • Assist with capturing high-level requirements and process flows
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to document functional needs and project objectives
  • Support testing, validation, and stakeholder feedback collection, where needed
  • Facilitate smooth communication between technical and business teams

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management within a software or technology-driven environment
  • Good understanding of SDLC and IT project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working with technical terminology and coordinating across technical teams
  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar
  • Experience in large-scale platform projects or system upgrades is a plus
