Module Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and customization of Frappe/ERPNext modules. This individual will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining enterprise applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Development & Customization: Design and develop new Frappe modules to meet specific business needs. Develop new functionalities, troubleshoot issues in ERPNext applications, and integrate third-party APIs to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to end-users, quickly resolving system issues. Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all implementations and configurations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend effective technical solutions. Participate in code reviews to ensure all development adheres to high-quality standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest Frappe/ERPNext developments and continuously optimize application performance to ensure efficiency and scalability.

In order to excel in this role, candidates should possess the following skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience with the Frappe/ERPNext framework.
  • Solid understanding of relational databases.
  • Experience with Git for version control.
  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to join with a notice period of 30 days or less is preferred.
