Job Summary:

This senior role requires an experienced professional with expertise in SAP FICO module. The candidate will provide on-demand support to global business process teams, ensuring effective operations and optimal performance.

  • Accountable for solution issues escalated to the support team, guaranteeing timely responses, fixes, testing, and closure according to defined processes.
  • Analyze content of releases on their area and recommend best practices for testing purposes.
  • Liaise with regional/local support teams and testing factory to ensure proper release validation.
  • Support deployments (scoping, design, localization, testing, go-live, transition).
Key Responsibilities
  1. High level of expertise in SAP FICO module and financial processes.
  2. Provide on-demand support to global business process teams, focusing on database administration, upgrades, and performance.
  3. Ensure accountability for solution issues escalated to the support team.
  4. Guarantee timely responses, fixes, testing, and follow-up until closure according to defined processes.
  5. Offer functional support (analysis, feedback, recommendations).
  6. Analyze, challenge, validate recommendations and actions in their area.
  7. Support deployments (scoping, design, localization, testing, go-live, transition).
  8. SAP and functional knowledge in Financial and Controlling Processes.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in SAP FICO module, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They should be able to communicate complex ideas clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
