Job Opportunity

We seek a seasoned expert to ensure seamless connectivity for our offshore teams. This role requires 10+ years of experience in managing IT infrastructure, with expertise in Mac and Windows environments, JAMF, AVD, MDM, and virtual desktop infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage remote desktop connections for efficient access
  • Maintain robust end-user support with deep understanding of troubleshooting and innovation
Requirements
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Mac and Windows operating systems
  • Experience managing JAMF, AVD, and MDM tools and environments
  • Deep understanding of VDI platforms, performance tuning, and networking fundamentals
  • Proficient in resolving Microsoft 365 suite issues (Teams, Outlook, Intune)
Desirable Skills
  • Solid understanding of internet protocols and VPN technologies
  • Familiarity with development tools such as GitHub, IntelliJ, Visual Studio, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Notepad++, and OpenVPN
