The ideal candidate for this senior finance role will be a seasoned professional with experience in scaling up start-ups through Series-A, Series-B funding efforts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • End-to-end accounting and financial process management
  • Monthly financial close with accuracy and timeliness
  • Compliance with GAAP (Ind-AS) and internal controls
  • Delivering accurate financial reports - P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow

This role requires advanced expertise in MS Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI. Strong communication and presentation skills are also essential.

A self-driven, results-oriented individual with a positive outlook and impeccable integrity is needed. Proficiency in financial modeling, accounting and reporting software, and strong interaction skills with auditors and consultants are required.

Requirements:
  • CA / CMA/ CA Inter qualification
  • 1-3+ Years of post-qualification experience
  • Start-up experience is preferred but not necessary
