About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Art Director to join our dynamic creative team at Advertising Bureau & Consultants. As a Senior Art Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative direction of our campaigns, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to produce innovative and impactful designs that captivate audiences and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spearhead the conceptualization and execution of visual concepts for a wide range of projects, from print to digital and experiential campaigns.
  • Harness the power of generative AI and digital tools to explore new creative possibilities and elevate design output.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and digital teams to develop integrated campaigns that drive engagement.
  • Mentor junior creatives, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in both traditional and digital design, sharing insights with the team to inspire groundbreaking work.
Requirements

We are looking for a self-driven, energetic, and experienced Senior Art Director with a strong portfolio showcasing both traditional and digital artwork. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 8 years of agency experience in a similar role.
  • Strong creative thinking abilities and the ability to generate impactful ideas quickly.
  • A passion for staying updated on new techniques and technologies to continually advance your craft.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Art college graduates with fewer years of experience but strong software skills and a deep understanding of communication design are also encouraged to apply. If you are passionate about creativity, innovation, and driving results, we'd love to hear from you.
