Senior Financial Manager

This role requires a seasoned finance leader with over 20 years of experience in budgeting, cost control, financial forecasting, fundraising strategies, and process optimization.

The ideal candidate will lead long-term financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. They will also develop and implement fundraising and investment strategies to ensure financial sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Budgeting: Lead preparation, monitoring, and management of annual budgets. Implement effective cost control measures to optimize resources.
  • Fund Management & Risk Assessment: Manage cash flows, investments, and fund utilization to ensure liquidity and sustainability. Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, ensuring strong internal controls.
  • Process Optimization: Streamline financial systems, processes, and reporting mechanisms for efficiency. Introduce automation and digital tools to improve transparency and reduce manual intervention.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Oversee timely and accurate preparation of MIS reports, board presentations, and donor reports. Ensure compliance with all statutory, legal, and regulatory requirements.
