Role Overview

We seek a highly skilled Backend Developer with extensive experience in Node.js to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing robust backend services that power our AI-driven EMR platform. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, DevOps, and product managers.
  • Ensure code quality through best practices, including code reviews and testing.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability.
  • Integrate third-party services and APIs as needed.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for backend services.

Required Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in backend development with Node.js.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and asynchronous programming.
  • Experience with frameworks such as Express.js.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles.
  • Familiarity with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker.
