Job Title: Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to lead our political consulting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing compelling communication strategies, overseeing digital advertising strategy, and building a team to produce engaging content.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Communications & Narrative Development: Develop compelling communication strategies and narratives for political, policy, and election campaigns.
  • Digital Strategy & Advertising: Oversee digital advertising strategy and execution using analytics to optimize performance and ROI.
  • Content Ideation & Oversight: Build and lead a team to produce engaging content, including Shorts and long-form videos.
  • Channel Growth & SEO: Drive subscriber growth and viewership by optimizing videos for the YouTube algorithm.
  • Audience Analytics: Analyze YouTube Studio metrics to inform future content.
  • Content Innovation: Stay ahead of YouTube trends, experiment with new formats, and analyze competitor channels.
  • Creator Collaborations: Identify and build relationships with relevant YouTube creators.
  • Crisis Communication Preparedness: Develop crisis communication plans for timely response management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external agencies.
Requirements:
  • Political Acumen: Deep understanding of Indian politics, history, socio-economic issues, and current affairs.
  • Professional Experience: 8-10 years in communications, video production, or channel management.
  • YouTube Expertise: Expertise in the YouTube algorithm, content strategy, and SEO.
  • Video Storytelling: Ability to craft compelling political narratives for video.
  • Project Management: Skilled in managing video production workflows and creative teams.
  • Adaptability & Resilience: Thrives in fast-paced environments with a proactive approach.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong ability to craft clear and persuasive narratives.
  • Familiarity with Analytics Tools: Understanding of YouTube Studio is essential.
