Job Description

We are seeking a Demand Planning professional to drive accurate demand forecasting, optimized inventory, and seamless supply chain execution. This role is a key contributor to our S&OP process, working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure demand plans support our strategic business goals.

This role involves building and maintaining accurate demand forecasts using statistical models, historical data, and market insights. The ideal candidate will lead monthly forecast review meetings and drive consensus across business functions. They will also collaborate with internal teams and external partners (vendors, suppliers) to align supply and demand.

Additionally, the successful candidate will monitor and analyze forecast accuracy, identify root causes for variances, and drive continuous improvement. They will manage supply planning activities to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory. Leveraging ERP and planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle), they will create data-driven, actionable plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Operations (manufacturing/electronics a plus).
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in forecasting tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with global teams and time zones.
