About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated R&D Engineer to join our ARIS Business Unit in India. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the design, development, and enhancement of ARIS features, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to design, develop, and implement features for next-generation enterprise applications.
  • Play a key role in understanding requirements, crafting robust designs, and delivering scalable, high-performance solutions.
  • Expertise in Java, with practical experience using the Spring Boot framework.
  • Deep understanding of cloud environments, including Docker and Kubernetes, with hands-on experience deploying applications on platforms like AWS and Azure.
  • Proven experience in creating modular UI components with React JS.
  • Proficiency in relational databases such as Postgres, Oracle, and MSSQL, as well as document stores like Elasticsearch.
  • Extensive experience in writing and executing unit tests, integration tests, and UI tests to ensure code quality and system reliability.
Requirements
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in software development.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field) or MCA.
  • Strong understanding of design patterns and their real-world applications.
  • Eagerness to contribute to innovative projects, bring fresh ideas, and grow within a supportive, fast-paced environment.
