Offline Marketing Lead
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced marketing professional to spearhead our offline marketing efforts. This role is responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and performance tracking of all off-ground marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand visibility and driving student admissions.
This includes developing and implementing comprehensive annual marketing plans aligned with admission targets and brand positioning, identifying key channels and event formats to maximize reach within target demographics, creating quarterly and monthly activation calendars, timelines, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement an annual marketing plan that drives measurable outcomes.
- Identify key channels, locations, and event formats to maximize reach within target demographics.
- Create quarterly and monthly activation calendars, timelines, and budgets.
- Event Management & Execution:
- Lead the planning, promotion, and execution of events such as open houses, orientations, RWAs activations, community outreach programs, interschool competitions, workshops, fairs, kiosks, roadshows, and external education events.
- Ensure seamless coordination across internal teams and event stakeholders.
- Vendor & Partner Management:
- Identify and onboard relevant vendors, agencies, and community partners.
- Handle negotiations, contracts, and vendor performance monitoring.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the admissions team to ensure footfall translates into inquiries and conversions.
- Collaborate with creative/content teams to produce effective marketing materials.
- Align offline efforts with digital campaigns.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track ROI on events and marketing channels, measuring metrics such as footfall, lead generation, conversion rates, and brand visibility.
- Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, event management, communications, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in offline marketing, preferably in education, events, or community engagement.
- Proven track record of developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive measurable outcomes.
- Excellent organizational, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and planning tools.
Preferred Attributes:
- Strong local network and knowledge of RWAs and school ecosystems.
- Passion for education, community engagement, and brand storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
