Job Overview:

The position of CAE Engineer plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality crash simulations and durability load case analyses.

As a CAE engineer, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement efficient finite element (FE) model setups for load case analysis.
  • Collaborate with teams to achieve project objectives through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Perform high-speed crash analysis and durability evaluation using specialized software.
  • Stay updated on the latest CAE tools and technologies to maintain expertise.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering from an accredited university.
  • Possess 3-6 years of experience in meshing, module build, high-speed crash analysis, and durability evaluation.
  • Be proficient in ANSA, LS Dyna, Abacus, Animator/Hyper works, and other CAE tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with vehicle manufacturing processes, including stamping, spot welding, assembly, and material models.
  • Knowledge of physics principles related to crash and durability.
