Job Title: Academic Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Academic Leader. This individual will be responsible for driving academic excellence within the institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize infrastructure and human resources.
  2. Ensure timely preparation and distribution of information among students at the commencement of each semester/term.
  3. Serve as the single point of contact for the institution to facilitate smooth enrollment generation for newly admitted students.
  4. Regularly update institutional data on the university website and Management Information System (MIS).
  5. Conduct regular meetings with teaching and non-teaching staff to understand challenges in the teaching-learning process and examinations.
  6. Hold periodic meetings with students to gather feedback on the teaching-learning process and conduct of examinations.
  7. Assist the Principal and Dean in preparing for scheduled visits of expert committees for institute inspections.
  8. Organize training programs, workshops, seminars, and symposiums with the Centre for Human Resource Development.
  9. Collaborate with the Admissions Cell to organize career awareness seminars in various regions.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Ph.D. degree
  • Professor/Associate Professor with a total service/experience of fifteen years of teaching/research/administration in Universities, Colleges, and other institutions of higher education.
