Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop innovative AI-enabled health analytics and risk management solutions.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to design and implement clinically relevant AI and NLP-based analytics products.
  • Develop and maintain full-stack software solutions for health risk, clinical summarization, and health equity analytics.
  • Design and implement internal service tools and platforms that process healthcare datasets, EHR, claim, and care management data.
  • Drive operational efficiency by implementing project management tools and processes that contribute to optimal team performance and results.
  • Encourage continuous innovation and out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Guide the transformation of business problem statements into practical data- and AI-driven health analytics solutions.

Qualifications include experience leading resources globally, managing teams, building a cohesive unit, coaching, and mentoring. At least 10+ years of software engineering experience, including maintaining/operating at least one software product for 2+ years. Hands-on experience with cloud computing, data processing, and data science. Extensive team building and leadership experience, excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Required Skills:
  • Executive presence and ability to interface effectively with stakeholders.
  • Computer Science degree or equivalent field.
  • Strong software security focus and mindset, experience with security certifications.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to translate client insights into product requirements for technical teams.
  • Experience working with healthcare data and/or in the healthcare domain.
