As a key member of our clinical team, the GNM is responsible for ensuring effective execution of duties within their assigned domain. This role involves a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving, and collaboration to achieve business objectives.


Clinical knowledge pertaining to clinical history taking, prescription and medicines is essential in this position. The GNM will be responsible for coordinating Tele-consultations, registration, clinical history taking, remote examination of the patients, and necessary documentations.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance workflow and efficiency.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and boost productivity.
  3. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve any challenges that arise in day-to-day operations.
  5. Provide mentorship and training to junior team members when required.
  6. Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices.
  7. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and drive innovation.

Requirements">
