We are seeking highly skilled professionals to fill key roles in our Skill Development Team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality outcomes across multiple centers, ensuring seamless execution of projects under various schemes. They will work closely with government departments, local authorities, and training partners to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of skill training programs, maintaining strict compliance with project guidelines.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and achieve shared objectives.
  • Support mobilization, training operations, assessments, certifications, and placements, promoting efficient service delivery.
  • Monitor center performance through regular visits and detailed reporting, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Assist in documentation, audits, and submission of reports to relevant authorities, guaranteeing transparency and accountability.
  • Facilitate training and capacity building of field staff and trainers, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the skill development sector, preferably in managerial or supervisory roles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and related digital tools, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies.
  • In-depth understanding of Odisha's regional and administrative landscape, including its complexities and nuances.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across different districts of the state, facilitating effective collaboration and outreach.
