Job Title: Visual Merchandising Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance customer experience. They will act as the primary point of contact for all visual merchandising aspects, overseeing the creation of window and in-store displays, and ensuring that stores are visually appealing and aligned with business objectives.


Responsibilities include:


  • · Developing VM plans across the network, adhering to brand guidelines and calendars.
    · Traveling with employees/team members to learn new concepts, researching dates/findings, and budgeting accordingly.
    · Preparing season calendars for in-store displays, including datelines from planning to execution, and allocating resources effectively.
    · Building relationships with vendors, negotiating budgets, and constantly inspiring teams with new VM concepts.
    · Training store staff on conducting research based on lifestyle concepts, trends, and regional attributes.
    · Dressing mannequins, utilizing creative lighting, and maximizing space and layout of the store.
    · Ensuring maintenance and upkeep of stores, uniform standards, and proper communication among team members.

Requirements:


  • · 3-6 years of VM experience, preferably in Exclusive Outlet Business.
    · Ability to manage big teams, possessing strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    · Willingness to travel for work to different cities.
