Physiotherapist Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and competent Physiotherapist to fill this exciting role. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering physiotherapy interventions to help patients restore function, reduce pain, and improve quality of life.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed patient assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver physiotherapy sessions using manual therapy, exercise therapy, and electrotherapy as appropriate.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, posture, and preventive care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient care.
  • Participate in clinical discussions, training programs, and continuous learning initiatives.
Key Requirements:
  • Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT).
  • Experience: 0–3 years (freshers with strong clinical knowledge are welcome).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Empathy, patient-centric approach, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
