Academic Coordinator and Music Production Faculty

Crossroads School of Music is seeking an experienced Academic Coordinator and Music Production Faculty to join our team.



Job Description:
In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in music production, covering areas like digital audio workstations (DAWs), mixing, synthesis, and live workflows. You will also coordinate academic operations, including timetables, attendance, evaluation tracking, and curriculum delivery. Additionally, you will serve as a liaison between management, faculty, and institutional partners for project planning and implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in music production, audio engineering, or a related discipline.
• ~2–3 years of relevant teaching experience in music production.
• Proven ability in academic coordination or curriculum administration.
• Strong knowledge of music production tools (Logic Pro, Pro Tools, Ableton Live, etc.).
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to relocate or travel to different Crossroads campuses or partner sites as needed.
