**Job Title:** Engineering Manager

  • Lead high-performing teams of software engineers to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify technical requirements and develop innovative solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve technical processes and enhance team productivity.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, and make recommendations for future investments.

**Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on building distributed, cloud-native systems.
  • 3+ years of experience in engineering leadership, managing teams of 8+ engineers.
  • Demonstrated success leading in high-performance technical environments.
  • Strong project and delivery management capabilities.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience designing and building microservices and event-driven architectures.
  • Proficient in one or more: Java, Python, Go, .Net or Any backend Stack.
  • Track record of scaling platforms to support high RPS with 99.99%+ uptime.
  • Deep expertise in cloud-native tools and infrastructure: Kubernetes, Istio, Terraform.
