Job Title: SAP E-Invoicing Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP e-invoicing consultant to lead global e-invoicing projects, driving the design, build, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of these initiatives.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of SAP e-invoicing across all project phases (design, build, test, deploy, support).
  • Configure SAP e-invoicing (S/4HANA, SD, FI, MM, Ariba) and ensure compliance with global regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leaders to align solutions with business objectives.
  • Manage the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and vendor relationships.
  • Provide coaching, training, and post go-live support to users.
  • Deliver projects efficiently, effectively, and with strong governance.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
  • 6–7 years of experience in SAP projects, with at least 4 years in e-invoicing.
  • 8+ years in IT, with 2+ years in management/leadership roles.
  • Hands-on SAP S/4HANA expertise in relevant modules.

Necessary Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of SAP e-invoicing processes, compliance, and best practices.
  • Project management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration abilities.
  • ABAP debugging/customization (added advantage).
  • Experience in change management, governance, and training end users.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.
  • Flexibility to work beyond hours to resolve critical issues.
