At How to Manage a Small Law Firm, we are seeking a skilled Visual Marketing Creative to join our team.


Job Purpose:

The role of the Visual Marketing Creative will be to design and produce creative assets for online marketing campaigns. This includes paid ads, social media posts, websites, CRM, and in-app advertising.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce creative assets for online marketing campaigns, including paid ads, social media posts, websites, CRM, and in-app advertising.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and project management teams to develop and execute creative concepts.
  • Ensure all designs are aligned with the brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all marketing materials.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovations to the team.
  • Utilize AI tools and integrate them into the design process for optimization and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • An experienced graphic designer with at least 3 years of work experience and a professional portfolio showcasing your previous work and results.
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite with a discerning eye for art direction and image selection.
  • Curious, creative, and proactive.
  • Ready to learn AI and integrate it into the design process for optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or college diploma (preferably in Graphic Design or a related discipline).
  • Strong visual design capability.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.

  • Working knowledge of creating infographics and data visualization techniques.
