Project Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the supply chain of materials for our solar projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Procure civil items locally within approved limits.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely material availability.
- Align with the SCM team on procurement status and vendor approvals.
- Maintain a vendor database for civil items and consumables.
- Ensure procurement follows company policies, compliance, and quality standards.
- Monitor and report material inflow/outflow, consumption, and stock levels.
- Support material reconciliation during and after project execution.
- Coordinate logistics for safe and timely transportation of materials to the site.
- Prepare and maintain documentation (POs, GRNs, invoices, vendor records).
- Assist in resolving material shortages, delays, or quality issues at the site.
- Manage multiple vendors/contractors to negotiate prices & close work orders at the site level.
- Experience in procurement and SCM.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of construction materials and processes.
