SAP Identity Management Role

As a SAP Identity Management professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the security and integrity of an organization's digital landscape.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Security/IAM with at least 3 years of experience in IAS/IPS. They must possess hands-on expertise in SAP IAS (SSO, SAML 2.0, OAuth, OpenID Connect, MFA, federation) and practical experience in SAP IPS provisioning for S/4HANA Cloud and BTP applications.

The successful candidate will also have a deep understanding of SAP BTP security concepts – subaccounts, role collections, entitlements, trust setup – and experience with corporate identity providers (Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity) integration.

Additionally, they should have exposure to SAP GRC Access Control or SAP IDM for governance and role-based provisioning, as well as knowledge of certificate-based authentication, SCIM, and Zero Trust models.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement secure identity management systems using SAP IAS.
  2. Configure and maintain SAP IPS for seamless user provisioning and de-provisioning.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP BTP security features with existing infrastructure.
  4. Develop and enforce comprehensive security policies to protect against advanced threats.
