Senior Quality Control Specialist

The Quality Assurance Associate plays a vital role in ensuring the quality standards are met and maintained. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits on sample populations to ensure processing accuracy and compliance.
- Review legal documents, including court orders, retainer agreements, affidavits, and BK filings, to identify potential issues.
- Develop and implement corrective actions to address identified defects or deficiencies.
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure seamless communication and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Law or Commerce).
- 2 - 4 years of experience in a multinational corporation.
- Project management experience or certifications are highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in quality audits and data analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical problem-solving skills.
Behavioral Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
