Key Role: Technical Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the design and development of Dynamics CRM modules and projects. This role is ideal for an experienced leader who can drive technical innovation and deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and deploy Dynamics CRM solutions.
  • Develop detailed technical design documentation to support solution deployment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project priorities and timelines.
  • Maintain expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, .NET Framework, C#, SQL Server, SSIS/SSRS, and Power Platform.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM design and development.
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture and SDK.
  • Experience with functional and technical design documentation.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Project Service Automation or Project Operations.
  • Expertise in designing and deploying Dynamics CRM solutions on mobile devices, Outlook clients, and O365 apps integration.
