Job Description

As a Workday Integration Specialist at Hexaware Technologies, you will be responsible for designing, building, and supporting the integration of Workday cloud applications with external systems. Your expertise in data exchange and integration technologies will enable you to comprehend complex business problems and develop effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Workday integration code base using Studio, EIB, and 3rd party coding
  • Identify and assess complex business problems and develop solutions for integrating Workday with external applications
  • Perform full system regression testing for Workday updates to ensure security access and integrations are functioning as expected
  • Develop and maintain documentation for new and existing integrations
  • Collaborate with solution architects, business stakeholders, and functional product owners to gather business requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience with EDI, XML, XSLT, Web Services, SOAP, REST, JSON, Javascript, or other integration technologies
  • Working knowledge of Workday integration tools, including Workday Studio, EIB's, Report Writer (BIRT), Core Connectors, and PECI integration
  • Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple responsibilities with tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidential information and meet deadlines
