As a key member of our integration team, you will be responsible for leading data conversion processes between Workday and other ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Your expertise in HCM data management, data conversion tools, and Python scripting will enable you to drive successful data migration into Workday.

The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in Python programming, hands-on experience with Workday data-loading tools (iLoads, Advanced Load, EIBs, Migration Recipes), and expertise in legacy ERP data extraction (Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP). Strong attention to detail, leadership skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are also essential for this role.
