We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical BIM Modeller to join our team at RC Project Consultancy (RCPC) in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience with CAD software.

**Job Overview**

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and developing BIM execution plans, creating detailed 3D models of electrical and mechanical services, and managing clash detection and resolution using Naviswork and BIM360.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Develop Electrical and/or Mechanical services models for various projects, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create 3D views, walkthroughs, and presentations for client meetings.

3. Manage Naviswork, clash detection, and clash rectification, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.

4. Extract BOQ from models as per client requirements, maintaining high-quality standards.

5. Collaborate with colleagues to manage work in BIM collaboration and asset tagging.

6. Ensure all models, drawings, and deliverables comply with project and quality standards and BIM requirements.

7. Responsible for the timely completion of deliverables, meeting project deadlines.

**Requirements:**

1. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).

2. Minimum 5-6 years of experience in CAD software and BIM modeling.

3. Strong knowledge of Revit, CAD, and other 3D modelling software.

4. Hands-on experience with Naviswork and BIM360.

5. Analytical, troubleshooting, and computer skills, with excellent time management and presentation skills.

A competitive salary of approximately ₹1200000 - ₹1800000 per annum, depending on experience.
