  • Experience with agile software development methodologies, such as Scrum/Kanban, iterations, and user stories.
  • Hands-on experience with Java/J2EE, RESTful API development, Microservices, BPM Tools (Pega, JBPM, Camunda), OneData, ACE workflow, and Case Management processes.
  • Ability to effectively communicate architecture and solution design to internal and external business partners.
