About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled communications professional to drive PR, brand reputation, and corporate visibility for our organization in India. As a key member of our team, you will shape how our company is perceived by media, industry stakeholders, regulators, merchants, and consumers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead our corporate communication and brand positioning strategy for the Indian market
  • Define and maintain a consistent brand identity, voice, and messaging framework across all touchpoints such as the website, social media, media, employee communication, etc
  • Drive reputation management efforts with a balance of storytelling, credibility, and compliance
  • Build and manage strong relationships with India's top-tier business, technology, and fintech media
  • Drive positive coverage through press releases, features, media interviews, and authored articles
  • Manage CXO positioning through industry commentary, interviews, and speaker engagements
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 8-12 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or brand management, preferably in fintech, BFSI, payments, or regulated industries
  • Strong experience in media relations, reputation strategy, and stakeholder storytelling
  • Familiar with handling CXO visibility and founder-led narratives
  • Hands-on with ORM tools, sentiment tracking, and digital listening
  • Proven experience launching branded content/IPs or sponsorship-led marketing initiatives
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and agency leadership skills
  • India-focused comms experience across metros, Tier 2/3 markets, and digital-first communities
