Interior Design Expert

As an Interior Designer, you should possess exceptional creative thinking skills and be able to craft designs based on conversations with a client. You must be confident in communicating regularly with clients to assess their needs and adjust your approach accordingly.

  • To take ownership of the sales funnel and drive sales closure
  • To oversee customer experience during a project
  • To lead and ensure quality and accuracy of design deliverables
  • To own the entire project lifecycle from start to finish

Key Skills & Expertise:

  • Graduation or relevant diploma with at least 15 years of academic education.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Interior Designer.
  • Delivered a minimum of 5-6 residential projects successfully.
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools, PowerPoint presentation, AutoCAD.
  • Design expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Moodboard)
  • Technical design (Material knowledge, Execution and Drawing Preparation)
  • Modular design (Material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning)
  • Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details)
  • Project expertise in creating BOQs for customers, coordinating with internal & external agencies.
  • Sales expertise in closing sales through logical & trusted sales pitches, driving and leading design meetings with customers
  • Behavioral attributes of result-oriented, teamwork, integrity & ethics, crisp & meaningful communication.
  • A high degree of willingness to learn and ability to drive performance among team members.
