Job Brief

We are seeking an experienced interior designer to take on key responsibilities such as owning the sales funnel, driving customer experience, and ensuring quality design deliverables.


  • Owning the Sales funnel & drive Sales Closure.
  • Delivering exceptional Customer Experience during a project.
  • Leading and owning quality & accuracy of design deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills, be confident in communication, and maintain familiarity with interior design trends.


Key Requirements
  • Graduation / relevant Diploma.
  • Freshers to up to 2 years of experience as an Interior Designer.
  • Proficiency in design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD.
  • Design expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style), Technical design (Material knowledge, Execution and Drawing Preparation), Modular design (Material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning), Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details).
  • Project expertise in Creating Bill of Quantities for customers, Coordinating with internal & external agencies.
  • Sales expertise in Sales Closure by way of logical & trusted Sales pitch, Driving and leading the Design meetings with the customers.
  • Behavioural attributes of Result oriented, Team work, Integrity & Ethics, Crisp & meaningful communication.
