Manufacturing Excellence Lead

We are looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement Specialist to drive service excellence across our business by leveraging process improvement methodologies and innovative thinking.
Main Responsibilities:- Implement a world-class manufacturing framework across multiple plants in India.
- Collaborate with team members and departments to develop new support materials based on revised processes.
- Monitor project risks and identify potential issues to proactively find solutions.
- Evaluate business impact and project objectives/dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
- Establish a program, provide coaching, and execute projects across plants.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
- Strong understanding of continuous improvement concepts including Six Sigma, Lean, and value stream mapping.
- Excellent analytical, project, and product management skills.
- Ability to facilitate and lead workshops with business stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Project, Visio, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
