SAP MM Consultant Job Description

At a leading organization, we seek seasoned professionals to fill the role of SAP MM consultant or lead. A successful candidate will possess extensive knowledge in Materials Management, procurement, and inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee or support full-cycle SAP MM implementations: blueprinting, configuration, testing, go-live, and ongoing support.
  • Configure material/vendor master data, purchasing, pricing procedures, inventory, and invoice verification.
  • Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements.
  • Integrate MM with other SAP modules (SD, PP, FI, CO, QM, WM).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Provide user training, create documentation, and facilitate change management.
  • Offer L2/L3 support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver enhancements.
  • Mentor junior consultants for senior roles.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP ECC & S/4HANA, Fiori, and data migration (LSMW), with proven success in end-to-end implementations, support, and enhancements.
