AI Engineer Opportunity

Are you a skilled Full-Stack engineer looking to make a meaningful impact in the field of AI? We're seeking talented individuals to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative AI solutions.

The role involves designing, building, and optimizing AI models using efficient production-ready code. You will also evaluate performance by testing and ranking model outputs, fine-tune models with datasets for SFT and RLHF, raise the bar with code reviews, testing, and clean documentation, and innovate by shaping new strategies to make AI more useful, safe, and aligned with real-world needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build & optimize AI models with efficient, production-ready code.
  • Evaluate performance by testing and ranking model outputs.
  • Fine-tune models with datasets for SFT and RLHF.
  • Raise the bar with code reviews, testing, and clean documentation.
  • Innovate by shaping new strategies to make AI more useful, safe, and aligned with real-world needs.

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates with strong Python and JavaScript/TypeScript skills (ES6+), experience with Node.js or NestJS, plus a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js). A background in modular development, scalable systems, secure coding practices, and Docker is essential. Clear communication skills and the ability to explain work in excellent English are also required.

Bonus Points:

  • Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, prompting, fine-tuning).
  • A background in test-driven development, QA, or automated testing.
